This yacht has been tested on 05-10-2022 by an Expert Pleziervaartuigen. During the yacht inspection the yacht was assessed on a number of components:

    The condition test of the yacht as carried out has at the present time resulted in the following (final) assessment:

    What’s the reason for selling the yacht?
    With 2 kids growing up and the desire to bring friends we have found a bigger yacht (again a Dehler) with 2 aft cabins.
    Where have you been sailing (sailing area)?
    Weekends mainly IJsselmeer, waddenzee & in summer vacations the Zeeland area.
    Since when are you the owner of the yacht? How many owners?
    I suspect I am owner #4. We have her since 2004.
    Has the yacht been without any accident?
    WinterStorm Eunice created some damage in the gelcoat underwatership, that has been professionally repaired by Bas van Drunen.
    What can you tell about the sailing characteristics?
    Ship is easy to manage, all lines end up in the cockpit, no need to go on deck while sailing. We sailed many vacations, but also weekends out with the family. Also easy to manage while solo (I did 200 Myls solo race in 2018, amongst other)
    Also cabin conditions are great all year round, with the Webasto heating, wich makes it nice and comfortable in no time.
    How is the yacht maintained, are there any invoices available concerning the maintenance?
    Yacht was maintained by "de Waterman" and "leBelle" for the engine maintenance yearly.
    Was the yacht regularly ashore during winterperiods? Every year?
    every other year, last 4 years yearly
    What is the boat name and the (special) meaning of this name?
    Mighty , although it was registered under Mighty Sparrow (not sure where Sparrow got lost though)
