What’s the reason for selling the yacht?

I have started new activities and have commenced spending a lot of time abroad. For that reason I am not in the position anymore to sail in The Netherlands with some frequency. Also family has too many other activities and no sailers blood.

Where have you been sailing (sailing area)?

The first owner at the East Sea near Kiel, Germany; currently the Markermeer, The Netherlands.

Since when are you the owner of the yacht? How many owners?

Since about 3 years, one owner.

Has the yacht been without any accident?

Yes

What can you tell about the sailing characteristics?

Excellent and very enjoyable. The boat is easy to sail, both solo and with more persons. It slides through the water. I'm always getting very positive reactions when sailing from people being impressed with the looks and sailing characteristics.

How is the yacht maintained, are there any invoices available concerning the maintenance?

Very well, yes there are invoices.

Was the yacht regularly ashore during winterperiods? Every year?

Yes, in Germany in a covered hall, presently next to the marina. I have bought a new wintertent for the boat of excellent quality (De Vries Maritiem from Lemmer, NL), which assures that the boat remains in very good condition during the winter.

What is the boat name and the (special) meaning of this name?

Ellypa, the previous owner thought of this name and I like it.
