This yacht has been tested on 03-07-2024 by Expert Pleziervaartuigen. During the yacht inspection the yacht was assessed on a number of components:

    The condition test of the yacht as carried out has at the present time resulted in the following (final) assessment:

    INTERVIEW WITH SELLER

    What’s the reason for selling the yacht?
    Due to work and moving abroad
    Where have you been sailing (sailing area)?
    Dutch and Belgian coastal waters.
    Since when are you the owner of the yacht? How many owners?
    As far as I can trace back I’m the third owner (since 2021)
    Has the yacht been without any accident?
    As far as we know; yes.
    What can you tell about the sailing characteristics?
    She’s a perfect combination of a cruiser/racer; cruising speed 6,5-7 kn, very steady with minimal corrections required. Good seaworthiness, safe and reliable. Sharp maneuverability.
    How is the yacht maintained, are there any invoices available concerning the maintenance?
    In the last two years several maintenance and upgrading works have been carried-out. Invoices are available.
    Was the yacht regularly ashore during winterperiods? Every year?
    From 2014-2022 she was ashore. The mast was stored separately. In the water 2022-‘24. Momentarily ashore at YCM.
    What is the boat name and the (special) meaning of this name?
    Her name is WASA, it’s a tribute to the shipyard where she was built.
    Other remarks:
    The interior was overhauled in 2021-22; varnish and painting works have been carried out. A new solid oak mast base is placed, ceilings renewed, deck hatches rubbers renewed, new seat cushions and mattresses, new refrigerator, stove + oven, toilet + holding tank, new sinks and faucets, new outboard valves, drinking water pump. Also new batteries in ‘21/‘22 (service 200Ah, start 100Ah, thruster 100Ah), diode bridge (Argofet 100-3), main switchboard, LED lighting and LED 3K top light. Further new VHF + antenna, AIS (class A) + antenna, AIS multiplexer and new GPS receivers have been installed in 2022. The hull is treated in 2022 with 2 layers epoxy and 2 layers vinylester (Jotun), and recently another 2 AF (07/2024). A thruster is installed in ‘22 (185 kgf). Engine and saildrive are well maintained. Saildrive manchet/seal renewed. Manifold dismantled to inspect /clean cooling water channels (07/‘24). Invoices and user instructions are available, as well as a user’s guide for operating all systems aboard.
