FRAGEBOGEN VERKAUFER

What’s the reason for selling the yacht?
We both bought the boat 8 years ago (July 20213) to get to know the Dutch sailing areas better together. That worked very well for the first few years. However, as we work and live in different locations, we have found in the last two years that we have had less and less time to take advantage of the possibilities of the boat and the sailing areas.
Where have you been sailing (sailing area)?
We bought the boat in Bruinisse (province of Zeeland) and explored the areas around the Grevelingen Sea from there for the first few years.
In the spring of 2016, we moved the boat via the Staande Mastroute in two stages to the Markermeer, destination port Muiderzand, and have since explored the areas there in day and weekend trips.
According to the information passed on to us, the previous owner also travelled a lot single-handed with the boat. His routes extended as far as Ramsgate (UK), as can still be seen from a map on board.
Since when are you the owner of the yacht? How many owners?
We bought the boat in the summer of 2013 through a broker including an appraisal. According to the information we have, there were three previous owners.
Has the yacht been without any accident?
According to the expert report, which was prepared when the boat was purchased in 2013, there are no indications of previous accidents.

We have not had any accidents during our time on the boat, such as grounding, collisions or other significant points on the hull, mast and engine.
What can you tell about the sailing characteristics?
We have come to appreciate and love the boat as an all-round boat, in which you can also sail up to four people well.

To further improve our sailing experience, we have hired sailing instructors for a few hours every now and then, who were always enthusiastic about the good sailing characteristics of the boat.
How is the yacht maintained, are there any invoices available concerning the maintenance?
The following work was carried out by professional yacht service companies and can be verified by invoices (van Swaa (Marina Bruinisse); shipshape (Marina Muiderzand):
- annual winterisation of engine and boat
- annual maintenance of the engine
- regular maintenance to keep the boat in good condition (replacement of sacrificial anode, other)
- annual professional cleaning of deck and hull
Was the yacht regularly ashore during winterperiods? Every year?
since 2016, i.e. in the IJsselmeer, the boat has been wintered from the beginning of October to mid / end of April

At the Grevelingen Sea, it could remain in the water during the winter due to the salt water there.
What is the boat name and the (special) meaning of this name?
Zeezout II

We have taken over the name from our previous owners, which we think sounds very nice, and have kept it. For us, it represents the emotional connection to the sea, our dream of sailing in complete freedom.
